Dr. Stephanie Cook is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology at De Montfort University's School of Applied Social Sciences, Faculty of Health and Life Sciences. Her research bridges Cognitive Neuroscience and Health Psychology, focusing on cross-modal perception, pain, and the sensory aspects of eating behaviors.
