Stephanie Baker

Stephanie Baker is an Associate Professor of Public Health Studies and Chair of the Department of Public Health Studies at Elon University. Her research focuses on racial health inequities, particularly in cancer care and mass incarceration’s health impacts, using Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) methodologies. She collaborates with organizations like the Greensboro Health Disparities Collaborative and SpiritHouse, Inc., to address systemic disparities. Her work spans health behavior analysis, health equity frameworks, and community engagement for institutional change.
