Stephan Renggli

Stephan Renggli is a Lecturer and Co-Head of Lab Services at the Lucerne School of Computer Science and Information Technology, part of Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. He holds an MSc (2020-2022) and BSc (2016-2020) in Business Informatics. His work focuses on cybersecurity, critical infrastructure protection, and IT/OT convergence. Notably, he contributed to the CYBER2 project (Advanced Pentesting/Bug Bounties) and KRINFLAB (Critical Infrastructure Lab), and co-developed forensic challenges for substation automation systems.

Research interests include automated recovery mechanisms in critical IT/OT infrastructures, as seen in his 2023 IEEE publication. He has designed lab environments for academic modules and NISLAB development frameworks. His infrastructure engineering experience spans roles since 2018, emphasizing practical cybersecurity solutions.

Labs/Teams: Involved with NISLAB and KRINFLAB. Projects emphasize hands-on experimentation and real-world cybersecurity challenges in industrial systems.
