Dr. Ing. Stefano Pandini is an Assistant Professor in Materials Science and Technology at the University of Brescia, Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering. He holds a Materials Engineering degree (cum laude, 2003) and a Ph.D. (2007) from the University of Trento. His research focuses on polymeric materials, including time-temperature effects, fracture mechanics, and shape memory effects in polymers. Key areas include:
- Viscoelastic behavior and deformation mechanics in thermoplastic polymers
- 4D printing and smart polymers for biomedical applications
