Prof. Dr. Stefano BELLUCCI serves as a Scientific Researcher I at the National Institute of Materials Physics (INFIM) in Romania, where he leads research activities in the Laboratory of Optical Processes in Nanostructured Materials. His interdisciplinary work bridges geophysics, nanomaterials science, and environmental engineering, with significant contributions to both theoretical modeling and experimental applications.
Dr. BELLUCCI's research interests focus on advanced materials for environmental applications, geological modeling, and nanotechnology. His work encompasses the synthesis and characterization of novel nanomaterials for water purification, development of biodegradable polymers with enhanced properties, and advanced geophysical techniques for subsurface characterization.
