Stefania Scaglione

Stefania Scaglione is an Associate Professor in the Department of International Human and Social Sciences (SUSI) at the University for Foreigners of Perugia, where she conducts research and teaches in the fields of sociolinguistics, language policy, and educational integration. She serves as the Rector's Delegate for Teaching since 2021 and is actively involved in teacher training and curriculum development projects.

Her research interests focus on the sociolinguistics of migration, linguistic and educational policies, and linguistic rights in contexts of superdiversity. She investigates the integration of students from migrant backgrounds in Italian schools and contributes to national research initiatives such as the Univers-ITA project.
