Stefania Funari

Stefania Funari is an Associate Professor at the University of Ca' Foscari Venice, affiliated with the Department of Management and the Venice School of Management. She holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics from the University of Trieste and a Bachelor's in Economics from Ca' Foscari. Her research focuses on quantitative methods in economics, including ethical finance, socially responsible investment funds (SRI), data envelopment analysis (DEA), and cultural heritage management.

She has led projects like the S.LI.DES initiative (2019–2020) and contributed to national research programs (e.g., PRIN 2005, PRIN 2003).

Her teaching spans undergraduate and graduate courses in mathematics for economics, art market analysis, and quantitative methods in cultural heritage management. She received a research award in 2016 for her work on credit scoring models. Her publications address DEA applications in mutual funds, SRI evaluation, and art market dynamics.
