Stefani Scherer is a full Professor of Sociology at the University of Trento and member of the Center for Social Inequality Studies. Her research examines inequality processes through international comparative perspectives, life course analysis, and family/labor market dynamics. She directs the PhD programme in Sociology and Social Research and leads projects on middle-class insecurity.
