Stefan Soesanto is a Senior Researcher at the Center for Security Studies (CSS) at ETH Zurich. He leads the Cyberdefense Project and serves as Co-Team Head of the Risk and Resilience Team. His work focuses on cybersecurity, cyber defense, and international law, with extensive experience in designing cyber wargame exercises and organizing defense conferences.
