Stefan Michel

Stefan Michel is a researcher in the Polymer Interfaces department at the Leibniz Institute of Polymer Research Dresden, working under the Physical Chemistry & Physics of Polymers division.

His primary research focuses on surface and interfacial tension measurements of liquids and polymer melts, wetting and contact angle measurements, and modified Wilhelmy technique measurements. He also has expertise in wetting and adhesion phenomena, drop shape and profile analysis, solid surface tension measurements, surface energy calculation, and rheology.

Dr. Michel works with the Polymer melt lab and Contact angle labs, conducting experiments related to his research interests in polymer interfaces and surface phenomena.
