Stacy Trasancos is an Adjunct Professor of Catholic Studies at Seton Hall University and Executive Director of the St. Philip Institute of Catechesis and Evangelization in the Diocese of Tyler, TX. She serves as Chief Research Officer of Children of God for Life and Teaching Fellow for Bishop Robert Barron's Word on Fire Institute.

She emphasizes science’s inherent limits in addressing existential mysteries and advocates for ethical scientific practices.
Key scientific awards include the Word on Fire Institute Fellowship (2018), Seton Hall University Digital Humanities Fellowship (2018), and a John Templeton Foundation Grant (2016) for developing the Reading Science in the Light of Faith course.
