Stacy Randall is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Education at Anglia Ruskin University (ARU), serving as Course Leader for the BA (Hons) Early Childhood Studies program. With over 30 years of experience spanning education and social work, she champions child-centered practices and advocates for recognition of the early years workforce.

Her research centers on Early Years Education with emphases on leadership frameworks, child safeguarding protocols, Reggio Emilia-inspired pedagogy, and professional development systems. As a member of ARU's Centre for Education Research on Identities and Inequalities (CERII), she investigates workforce recognition and equity in early childhood settings.
She teaches across undergraduate programs including Early Childhood Studies and Foundation Degrees, supervising final-year research projects. Her industry experience encompasses deputy directorship at a National Children's Charity, operational management of Children's Centres, Young Carer projects, Prison Visitor Centres, and local authority assessment teams.
Stacy maintains a practice-oriented approach focused on amplifying children's voices through policy implementation and educational innovation.
