Dr. Stacy Mentzer serves as an Instructor for the Master of Education program within the Graduate School at Northwestern College while concurrently holding the position of Vice President of Instruction at Iowa Central Community College. With 15 years of comprehensive higher education experience, she has served in multiple capacities including instructor, Medical Laboratory Technician Program Coordinator/Lead Instructor, and Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness.
Her educational background includes:
- Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration, University of Phoenix
- M.A. in Adult Education and Training, University of Phoenix
- B.S. in Healthcare Administration and Information Systems, University of Phoenix
- A.A., Iowa Central Community College
Dr. Mentzer's professional expertise spans Higher Education Administration, Adult Education, Curriculum Development, and Healthcare Education. She has developed curricula and assessments for K-12 and higher education institutions and contributed to board certification exams for Medical Laboratory Technician and Medical Laboratory Scientist programs.
