Stacy L. Poe

Stacy L. Poe serves as the Executive Director of the Office of Community and Belonging at Dominican University and is the La Vida Dominican Postbaccalaureate Inclusivity & Belonging Fellow. She collaborates with faculty, staff, and students to drive initiatives in community building, student advocacy, and social justice programming, while also mentoring students and co-chairing the Diversity Action Group.

• Education: MA in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University; BA in Psychology from University of Virginia.

Her work focuses on enhancing inclusivity and belonging in higher education, with over 30 years of experience in Student Affairs. She contributes to academic programming through the Navigating College course, supporting student transitions and engagement. Key themes in her role include strategic diversity planning, cultural programming, and fostering institutional equity.
