She investigates symptom self-management, illness representations, and stakeholder perspectives to develop patient-centered interventions. Her work emphasizes implementation science frameworks for integrating chiropractic care into mainstream healthcare systems through interprofessional collaboration and health services research.
Recent publications (2018-2022) reveal consistent qualitative analysis of chiropractic integration challenges across settings—from veteran rehabilitation teams to geriatric care. Key themes include communication dynamics in multidisciplinary teams, home exercise adherence in spinal disability, and veteran perspectives on multimodal pain management, demonstrating methodological rigor in understanding real-world implementation barriers.
