Staci Cannon is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Small Animal Medicine & Surgery at the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine, specializing in Shelter Medicine. She serves as Medical Director of Metro Animal Care and Control in Nashville and holds board certifications from the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners (DABVP in Shelter Medicine Practice) and the Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Preventive Medicine (DACVPM). Her professional roles include leadership in the Association of Shelter Veterinarians and the Animal Care and Control Association of Tennessee.
