Professor Stacey George holds a conjoint position between Flinders University and the Adelaide Primary Health Network (PHN) as Professor of Healthy Ageing, Support and Care. A practicing occupational therapist with international recognition in rehabilitation and driving research, she leads the Healthy Ageing Support and Care Group at Flinders University's Caring Futures Institute and co-leads an NHMRC Partnership Grant on telemonitoring for chronic disease management. Her work bridges clinical practice, policy development, and multidisciplinary research.

Research interests focus on technological rehabilitation advancements, evidence implementation, and allied health service innovation. As a mentor, she has supervised 14 higher-degree research students (8 primary), with 11 completions. Her team's work aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goals (healthy aging, reduced inequalities, sustainable cities). Awards include the 2019 Executive Deans Award for engagement and 2024 Flinders Research Impact Prize.
