Sruti Modekurty

Sruti Modekurty is a PhD candidate at the Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research - UFZ, specializing in urban climate adaptation through computational methods. Her work bridges Natural Language Processing (NLP), machine learning, and climate justice, focusing on how cities respond to extreme climate events. She is supervised by Mariana de Brito and Christian Kuhlicke.
