Srikanth Bashetty

Srikanth Bashetty is an Assistant Professor in the School of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering at The University of Oklahoma. He holds a Ph.D. in Sustainable Energy Systems Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville (2020), an M.Tech in Aerospace Engineering (2014) and a B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering (2012) from JNTU Hyderabad. His research focuses on Dynamics and Control of Systems, Offshore Wind Technologies, Aircraft Design, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, and Engineering Education.

• Previous roles include Lecturer at Texas A&M University-Kingsville (2021-2022) and Instructor at MLR Institute of Technology (2014-2016).
• Awarded the Best Presentation Award at IEEE 3rd International Conference on Renewable Energy and Power Engineering (2020).

He teaches courses such as Aerospace Systems Design, Control Systems Engineering, and Robotics I. Active in professional organizations like the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) and the American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE).
