Dr. Srecko Koralija is an Assistant Professor of Theology and Leadership at the Department of Management and Organisation (School of Business and Economics, VU Amsterdam). He holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge (Divinity Faculty) as a Vice-Chancellor's Scholar, focusing on linguistic relationships in ancient biblical translations. His research bridges classical textual analysis with contemporary organizational leadership, emphasizing ethical frameworks and narrative impact.
Education: PhD in Divinity (University of Cambridge), with expertise in ancient languages and socio-cultural contexts of religious texts.
Research Interests: Interdisciplinary projects exploring theology's role in leadership development, including 'Educating Moral Leadership Grounded in Theology' (collaboration with Faculty of Religion and Theology). Current projects investigate charisma, organizational idolatry, and religious motivation in corporate ethics.
