Dr. Sophie Chamas is a researcher at SOAS University of London whose work bridges feminist and queer political theory, Middle East studies, social movement studies, and cultural studies. Trained at New York University (MA) and the University of Oxford (PhD), their research interrogates the radical political imagination in the Middle East and its diaspora.
