Sonja March

Prof. Sonja March is Director of the Centre for Health Research and Professor of Psychology at the University of Southern Queensland. She leads the Innovative Mental Health Solutions Research Program, focusing on digital interventions for child anxiety. Awarded the Women in Technology Research Leader Award (2020), she pioneers eHealth solutions like BRAVE-ONLINE.

Research covers digital CBT, child anxiety, and trauma-informed care. Recent work explores online program engagement and telehealth efficacy.

Publications highlight digital mental health implementation, including AI-driven tools and co-designed platforms like Momentum.
