Dr. Sonja Lazarevic serves as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Hotel Management and Tourism in Vrnjačka Banja, University of Kragujevac, where she has been employed since 2011. She progressed from Assistant (2013) to Assistant Professor (2020) and finally Associate Professor (2024). Her academic home resides within the Department of Management, focusing on tourism economics and development.
Her educational foundation includes a doctorate from the University of Kragujevac's Faculty of Economics (2019), preceded by undergraduate studies at the same institution (2009). Her research spans macroeconomics, international economic integration, and tourism development, with particular emphasis on sustainable practices and crisis impacts.
