Soma Sengupta

Soma Sengupta, MD, PhD, FRCP, FAAN, FANA, is a Professor at the UNC School of Medicine, where she serves as Division Chief of Neuro-Oncology, Vice Chair of Research in the Department of Neurosurgery, and Vice Chair in Neurology. She is a member of the UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center and a board-certified neuro-oncologist with a focus on brain tumor treatment and clinical research.

• Education: MD and PhD from University of Cambridge; Residency at Beth Israel Deaconess (Neurology); Fellowships at Massachusetts General Hospital (Neuro-Oncology) and University of Arizona (Integrative Medicine).
