Soheil Hemmati

Soheil Hemmati is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering at the University of Oklahoma. His research focuses on mathematical optimization models and their applications in healthcare decision-making, particularly in cancer care. He has expertise in stochastic optimization, integer programming, and bilevel optimization techniques for clinical applications.

Dr. Hemmati's work spans cancer screening optimization, adaptive radiation therapy planning, and health policy modeling. His research intersects with cyber-physical systems through interdiction modeling applications.
