Sofia Kari is a Researcher affiliated with the Faculty of Education at the University of Lapland. She holds positions as Doctoral Researcher and Junior Researcher within the Discipline-specific doctoral programme. Her primary field of study is Gender Studies with a focus on intersectional gender equality, strengths-based educational models, and higher education guidance systems.
