Sjamme van de Voort is a Researcher at the Faculty of Science's Athena Institute and Network Institute at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. His work bridges memory studies, oral history, and sustainability history, particularly examining transnational case studies like Cuban migrants in Miami and Brazilian/Dutch soy production links.
