Dr. Siva Karuturi is a Researcher affiliated with the ANU College of Physical and Mathematical Sciences and the Institute for Climate, Energy & Disaster Solutions at The Australian National University. His primary research focuses on advanced materials and technologies for sustainable energy, including atomic layer deposition (ALD), thin film growth, nanostructure fabrication, and solar energy conversion.
