Sinem Dağ

Sinem Dağ is a Senior Lecturer in the Nursing Department at the School of Health Services, Eastern Mediterranean University. She holds a PhD in Psychiatry Nursing from Health Sciences University (2022), an MS (2013) and BS (2010) in Nursing from Near East University.

Her research focuses on Psychiatric Nursing, Women's Health, and Environmental Health. She investigates complementary therapies for menstrual disorders, mental health impacts of adverse childhood events, environmental awareness in nursing students, and chronic conditions like urinary incontinence in menopausal women. Her work also addresses pandemic-related stigma, health literacy, and lifestyle behaviors.

Recent publications highlight trends in health promotion, clinical nursing, and behavioral health. Her 2024 studies explore yoga for premenstrual syndrome, resilience in trauma survivors, and environmental education in nursing curricula, while 2023 work links somatization to communication skills and urinary incontinence to mental health.
