Sina Keshvadi is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Software Engineering at Thompson Rivers University (TRU), Kamloops, BC, Canada. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Calgary (2017–2021) and previously served as a teaching faculty member at Payame Noor University, Tehran, Iran (2012–2017). His research focuses on Computer Networks and Internet Measurement, aiming to improve understanding of internet behavior and evolution through data-driven analysis. He also collaborates on pedagogical approaches for cybersecurity education.

His research interests include Multipath QUIC optimization, path-aware network architectures (e.g., SCION), and the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) in cybersecurity. His research team includes current members Alissa Baumeister, Damien Rossi, and Lars Herschbach, with notable alumni including Nithiya Shri Muruganandham and Varun Mayilvaganan.
