Simone O'Connor is a Senior Lecturer in Physiotherapy at the School of Allied Health, Exercise and Sports Sciences, Charles Sturt University (CSU). With over 15 years of clinical experience and a PhD focused on strength training for COPD, her expertise spans rehabilitation, chronic disease management, and women's health, particularly in pelvic health during pregnancy and military service. She also runs a private practice specializing in prenatal and post-natal care.
