Simone Hollstein is a Lecturer in the Department of Health Sciences at Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences, part of the School of Social Work, Health and Media. She combines academic expertise with extensive practical experience, having worked in corporate health management at Daimler AG and maintained self-employed health instruction since 1998.
Her research interests focus on:
- Health promotion methodologies at individual and institutional levels
- Integration of exercise and relaxation techniques into health education
- Development of health-promoting university frameworks
- Scientific approaches to health management
She actively contributes to health networks including the nationwide Working Group on Health-Promoting Universities, Network of Health-Promoting Universities in Saxony-Anhalt, Health Working Group at her university, Magdeburg Health Center eV, and the Professional Association for Health Promotion.
