Simon Voß is a Researcher at the John F. Kennedy Institute of Freie Universität Berlin and affiliated with the Graduate School for North American Studies (GSNAS). He is currently pursuing his PhD in Economics since October 2021.

Research Focus: Simon's work centers on housing markets, social policy, inequality, and economic history. His dissertation explores homelessness and housing market policy in the U.S., while recent publications address topics like causal effects of language proficiency on homeownership and labor market flexibility impacts since 2005.
