Simon Payaslian

Simon Payaslian holds the Charles K. and Elizabeth M. Kenosian Chair in Modern Armenian History and Literature at Boston University's Department of History. His research focuses on Armenian history, U.S. foreign policy, international human rights, and diaspora studies. He has authored/co-authored multiple books including The Political Economy of Human Rights in Armenia (2011) and The History of Armenia (2007).
