Simon Dumais is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at the Royal Military College of Canada (Kingston, Ontario), with a cross-appointment as Research Director at Queen's University's GeoEngineering Centre. His work focuses on cold regions engineering, permafrost geotechnics, and infrastructure adaptation to climate change. He holds PhD/MSc/BEng degrees from Université Laval.
