Simon Dryden

Simon Dryden is the Head of Biosciences at the School of Human Sciences, London Metropolitan University. He holds a PhD, PGCE, PGCLT, and is a Registered Nutritionist (RNutr). His expertise spans energy metabolism, endocrinology, and macronutrient nutrition, with a focus on obesity, appetite regulation, and fluid balance in athletes. He teaches on courses such as the Biomedical Science BSc and Biomedical Studies MSc (Distance-Learning).
