Sime Serge

Sime Serge is a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Business and Management School of Royal Holloway University of London (RHUL). He holds a PhD in Innovation and Strategy from RHUL, an MBA, and a Master’s in Human Rights and Democratisation from the University of London. His research focuses on strategic alliances, network dynamics, and innovation management in high-tech industries, employing econometric techniques and novel data sources. He has published in journals like Technovation and received the Best Paper Award at the 2017 British Academic Management Conference.

Serge has taught at De Montfort University, Queen Mary University, and the University of Montpellier. He advises startups in semiconductors, fintech, AI, and blockchain, and welcomes PhD students in entrepreneurship and strategy. His work aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goals, emphasizing innovation ecosystems and conflict-affected entrepreneurship.
