Silvia Stolfi

Silvia Stolfi is a Lecturer and Researcher at the Department of Business Economics, Health and Social Care (DEASS) at SUPSI since 2020. She holds a Bachelor's and Master's in Management Engineering from the University of Parma (2009–2011), focusing on finance and innovation. Her professional experience includes roles in international marketing and controlling before academia.

Her research interests include controlling systems, supply chain optimization, business management, and strategic organizational development. She has led projects such as 'Development Paths in the Electrical Sector' (strategic reconfiguration for professional training), 'New Accounting Model for Ticino Institutions' (tailored financial frameworks for social care entities), and 'Accounting Manual Implementation for Nursing Homes' (training and compliance support).

Stolfi teaches courses like 'Business Game' and 'Controlling' at SUPSI. Her work bridges academic research with practical applications in business and social sector management.
