Dr. Silvia Mah serves as Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Biola University's Crowell School of Business and Director of the Office of Innovation, where she fosters redemptive entrepreneurship through student venture development and innovation initiatives.

Dr. Mah's research centers on servant leadership in startups, impact investing, and women's entrepreneurial success, amplified by her hands-on experience as an investor in 200+ early-stage companies across life sciences, medical devices, and SaaS.
