Silvana MacMahon

Silvana MacMahon is an Assistant Professor and Assistant Head for Research & Innovation in DCU's School of Computing. A Lero and ADAPT collaborator, her research covers Health IT risk management, standards development, and inclusive education for autistic software engineers.

Awards include the NSAI 1997 Award and a Presidential Early Career Researcher honor. She chairs NSAI Health Informatics Standards Committee and contributes to ISO/IEC standards.
