Siddharth Srikanth

Siddharth Srikanth is an Assistant Teaching Professor in Literature at Wake Forest University, focusing on global Anglophone literatures, postcolonial studies, and narrative theory. His research examines how novel form has been utilized by writers across the Anglophone world.

Current research projects include Marginal Affinities, analyzing innovations in literary character development in response to representing the Global South, and The Literary Afterlives of Anti-Colonial Struggles, exploring representations of political figures like Nehru, Kenyatta, and Nkrumah in mid-century literature and their influence on postcolonial fiction.

His work bridges literary theory with geopolitical contexts, examining how narrative forms engage with decolonization movements and their cultural legacies across different media including periodicals and newspapers.
