Dr. Shuyi Li is a Lecturer at Nanjing University of Science & Technology, specializing in integrating art, design, technology, and history to address industrial heritage renovation and smart protection technologies. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Burgundy Franche-Comté (France, 2018). Her research focuses on urban heritage preservation, smart city development, and public art engagement.
Key contributions include two academic monographs: "From Human to Urban: The Potential of Industrial Heritage in Shanghai" (2020) and "Treasures of the Old Factories: Past, Present and Future" (2020). Her work is funded by the Jiangsu Provincial Key Project for Philosophy and Social Sciences, and Central Universities' Fundamental Research Funds.
Dr. Li has presented at major conferences including the 8th Global Architectural History Education Symposium (Xi'an, 2019) and the 24th National Residential Architecture Conference (Xuzhou, 2019). Her research spans topics like PBL teaching methodologies in heritage protection, historical mountain village preservation, and AI-driven heritage protection technologies.
