Shuowen Jin

Shuowen Jin is a Research Fellow at the Department of Space Research and Technology (DTU Space), Danish Technical University, focusing on astrophysics and atmospheric physics. Her research explores galaxy formation, star formation processes, and high-redshift cosmic structures via multi-wavelength observations.

• Dust emission in star-forming galaxies
• Protocluster dynamics and cosmic noon structures
• Spectral energy distribution analysis
• JWST and NOEMA survey contributions

Recent publications address merging quiescent galaxies in the Cosmic Vine, spiral structures in z>1 galaxies, and dust-veiled systems at z=4.82. She supervises PhD student N. B. Sillassen on early universe galaxy physics projects.
