Professor Shujun Zhang is a faculty member in the Department of Applied Computing and Technology at the University of Gloucestershire. With over 30 years of experience, he specializes in applied computing, bionics engineering, and innovative product design. He holds editorial roles in journals like Journal of Bionics Engineering and has served as a PhD examiner at multiple universities.

- PhD in Mechanical Engineering (Robotic Design), University of Salford (1995)
Research Focus: Bionic principles for cell-pulsation-based health systems, e-business technology, system design, and nature-inspired engineering solutions. Current projects explore electromagnetic signal interactions with cellular health through bionic technologies.
