Shuai Li is an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Tickle College of Engineering, University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He holds joint faculty status in Mechanical, Aerospace, and Biomedical Engineering and is an affiliated faculty member at the Institute for a Secure & Sustainable Environment. His interdisciplinary research integrates civil engineering with AI, robotics, and digital systems to transform infrastructure, construction, and community systems.
