Shoba Kapoor

Dr. Shoba Kapoor is a Group Leader and Scientist at the Laboratory for Fluid Physics, Pattern Formation and Biocomplexity (LFPB) at the Max Planck Institute for Dynamics and Self-Organization. She holds a Ph.D. from Georg-August University in Göttingen (2019) and an M.Sc. in Developmental, Neural, and Behavioral Biology from the same institution (2014).

• Key Research Focus: Cilia-driven cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) dynamics in mammalian brain ventricles.
• Collaborations: Works with Dr. Stefano Villa’s group on quantitative image analysis and Dr. Christian Westendorf on polarity algorithms.
