Shizhong Yang

Dr. Shizhong Yang is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Southern University and A&M College, leading the High Performance Computing Lab. His research focuses on computational materials science, high-entropy alloys, superconductivity, and alloy design. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Computer Engineering and Physics from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (2006), an M.S. from the same institution (2005), and a B.S. in Semiconductor Physics from Sichuan University (1988).
