Shirine Bousaid

Shirine Bousaid is a junior lecturer-researcher and Associate Professor at KPZ University of Applied Sciences, specializing in Interprofessional Collaboration for Promising Development within the Knowledge and Innovation Centre. She actively contributes to teacher training programs and educational research.

Her research focuses on interprofessional collaboration in child and education settings, differentiation in educational practices, and teacher professionalization. Recent work explores resilience in educational environments, narrative identity development for teachers, and collaborative research models like professional learning groups.

Shirine co-founded the Thesis Helpdesk and has presented at national conferences such as Velon Congres and Regionale Aanpak Personeelstekort. Her publications span topics like teacher perceptions of professional demands, institutional partnerships, and strategies for inclusive education.
