Dr. Shirin Hasavari is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Information Science and Systems within the School of Business and Management at Morgan State University. She holds a D.Sc. in Information Technology from Towson University (2020), an MS in Information Technology (2014), and a BS in Mathematical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University. Her research focuses on blockchain technology, AI, and digital twin systems applied to healthcare, particularly in improving health information exchange and emergency medical care.
