Dr. Shira Klein is an Associate Professor of History at Chapman University’s Wilkinson College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences. She specializes in Italian Jewry, Jewish migration, Holocaust studies, and digital humanities, particularly Wikipedia research. Her work challenges historical myths like Italy’s perceived 'good Italian' narrative during Fascism.

Dr. Klein’s research intersects Holocaust history, Italian colonialism, and digital misinformation. She also explores how Wikipedia distorts Holocaust narratives.
